郑平,复旦大学脑科学研究院副院长,复旦大学特聘教授,复旦大学学术委员会委员,中国神经科学会神经毒素分会会长,中国神经科学学会教学与继续教育委员会主任,生理学报常务编委,Neurobiology of Disease编委Neuroscience Bulletin编委。研究方向:神经活性物质对脑功能和脑疾病的影响。承担国家自然科学基金重大研究计划重点项目、973课题等多项项目,研究成果:以通讯作者在Science Advances, eLife, BMC Biology, Journal of Neuroscience, Neuropsychopharmacology等国际学术期刊发表系列论文。


报告简介:

Conditioned context-induced retrieval of drug withdrawal memory contributes to drug relapse. The basolateral amygdala (BLA) plays an important role in conditioned context-induced retrieval of morphine withdrawal memory. However, the upstream pathways of the activation of the BLA by conditioned context remains to be studied. The present results show that the dorsal CA1 of the hippocampus is an upstream brain region of the activation of the BLA during conditioned context-induced withdrawal memory retrieval; the indirect connection from dorsal CA1 of the hippocampus to the BLA is enhanced in mice with conditioned place aversion; the postrhinal cortex (POR) is a brain region that connects the dorsal CA1 of the hippocampus and the activation of the BLA in conditioned context-induced retrieval of morphine withdrawal memory. These results suggest that a series circuit from CA1 of dorsal hippocampus to basolateral amygdala via postrhinal cortex participates in conditioned context-induced retrieval of morphine withdrawal memory.
