报告人简介:殷黎晨,2005年获复旦大学生物科学专业学士学位;2010年获复旦大学生物化学与分子生物学专业博士学位。2010至2014年在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校(UIUC)从事博士后研究工作。2014年1月加盟苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为特聘教授、博士生导师。主要从事生物医用高分子和药物载体的开发并研究其在抗肿瘤、抗炎治疗中的应用。共发表SCI论文80余篇,其中以第一作者、通讯作者在Nat Chem Biol、Nat Commun、PNAS、Angew Chem Int Ed、Adv Mater、JACS、ACS Nano、Adv Funct Mater等知名期刊上发表论文50余篇。论文他引3500余次,H因子33。获中国发明专利3项,美国专利2项。获国家优秀青年科学基金资助,并入选“江苏省特聘教授”、江苏省“双创人才”、江苏省“六大人才高峰”。主持国家重点研发计划课题1项,国家自然科学基金项目4项。

报告摘要:The therapeutic performance of drugs and genes are often greatly hurdled by the various systemic barriers in vivo. In this talk, I will cover three major topics related to the design of bio-active materials and their utilities in overcoming systemic barriers toward the precise delivery of drugs and genes. First, I will present nanomedicine with ultra-high drug loading and on-demand drug release profiles. Second, I will report an efficient cancer targeting strategy, “active tissue targeting via anchored click chemistry” (ATTACK), which is achieved through selective labeling of cancer cells via sugar metabolism followed by the highly effective bioorthogonal “click” chemistry. In the third topic, I will present our recent progresses on α-helical polypeptides with potent membrane activities, and describe their applications for mediating trans-membrane gene delivery.
