报告人简介:史向阳,东华大学生物科学与技术研究所教授,博士生导师,上海高校特聘教授。先后在美国密歇根大学任副研究员、研究员和助理教授。美国化学会、Sigma Xi 学会、中国化学会、中国生物材料委员会会员,美国密歇根大学医学和生物科学纳米技术研究所客座研究员,首届葡萄牙马德拉大学“邀请纳米技术主任(Invited Chair in Nanotechnology)。主要从事纳米医学、环境纳米技术、纳米化学和纳米材料合成及其应用研究。已申请发明专利21项,参加编写6篇书的章节,在国际知名刊物Prog. Polym. Sci., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Adv. Mater., Nano Lett., Small, Adv. Funct. Mater.和Biomaterials等刊物上发表论文130多篇。
报告内容简介:Dendrimers are a class of highly branched, monodispersed, synthetic macromolecules with well defined composition and structure. The unique properties of dendrimers as well as their excellent biocompatibility and nonimmunogenicity lead to the synthesis of various dendrimer-based multifunctional devices and dendrimer-based multifunctional organic/inorganic hybrid composite nanoparticles for a range of biomedical applications. This talk will cover the recent progress of dendrimer-based platforms for anticancer drug delivery and molecular imaging applications developed in our group at Donghua University.
